We are looking for a dedicated Sales lead based in the US, to join our NEW fast-growing ENCENTIVE.IO Project Team. Encentive.io protocol is a robust and secure DeFi ecosystem platform that allows its users to perform one-click deployment of their own DEXs to monetize their traffic and take advantage of a variety of other cutting-edge features in conjunction with SaaS (Software as a Service). In this role, you will be selling Encentive ecosystem to potential partners including businesses, developers and users. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle process, including prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, and closing of the sale.

  • Work with the Senior Management team to sell our services and assist to maximise sales.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, develop channels and capture new client segments while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Follow up on warm leads and generate new leads
  • Direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solutions to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing
  • Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines
  • Manage own opportunity pipeline and KPIs
  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions
  • Become a product expert and represent Encentive at conferences and local events

 

  • At least 2 years of proven experience and success in B2B sales experience within SaaS (Software as a Service), or Fintech industries
  • Knowledge of Crypto and Blockchain is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills who can work in a fast-paced environment
