We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion and awareness of the Alchemy Pay projectin the Spanish-speaking market through the excellent execution of your marketing strategies. You will work in close collaboration with business partners and cross-functional teams within Alchemy Pay.



  • Responsible for all community and marketing operations within your community and market
  • Plan and implement marketing activities in the local language(s); including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc
  • Recruit and manage Telegram admins in the market’s communities 
  • Liaise and collaborate with the International Marketing team for all marketing activities, including the translation of marketing collaterals and PRs to the local language(s)
  • Research and identify KOLs with designated verticals in locations 
  • Draft and negotiate KOL deliverable agreements
  • Execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies and campaign planning in key speaking markets 
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to local language-speaking engagements
  • Utilize analytic tools to track and report on marketing and conversion performance – achieving coverage ROI and Acquisition 
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting on results (posts, impressions, conversions) 
  • Proactively seek social media and project partnership opportunities
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes in the market and ensuring Alchemy Pay abides by all regulations 
  • Be an accountable self-starter and resourceful addition to the marketing team



  • At least 3 years of Marketing experience; Social Media operations experience is a bonus
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Knowledge in crypto and blockchain is a must
  • Experience in the Fintech or Payments industry is highly preferred, with a good understanding of payment products, but not a must
  • Fluency in both English and your local language is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and project management skills, a strong sense of cooperation, and resilience 
  • Proven ability to work remotely and excel with limited supervision
  • Demonstrable track record of activating and managing; relationships with external stakeholders such as influencers e.g. examples of sponsored content, driving business results with influencers, handling and drafting documentation
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. This role involves liaising with colleagues, influencers, and management across territories. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
